Hello Ms. RoseWoods. I share your affinity for enemas - the deep invasion - the humiliation - all of it. I have never heard of a vinegar and baking soda enema but it doesn't sound safe. It sounds explosive! A quick internet search did reveal that it is a "thing" but I would think that the measurements would need to be very precise to keep it safe, much like a coffee enema.
I do love ice water enemas for super harsh punishment. Talk about cramps. Mistress Ayn, You're correct. As this video illustrates, the amount of vinegar added to the baking soda solution would have to be a known factor.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_oppobHFzo
