I've never made any kind of wardrobe requests of a Domme and I certainly would never ask, let alone expect, a Domme to take off her top during a session... But, I have had many Dommes decide to take off their top during a session for their own reasons or as part of some play scenario they wanted to do with me (just like I have seen many vaginas because a Domme decided to give me me a shower).

I don't think it is a big deal as long as they are in charge rather than giving in to someone topping from the bottom... it's also not a majority of Dommes I have seen or even what a particular Domme does in every session (with a few exceptions).. finally, there is no direct correlation between those I have seen do so on camera and those who have done it within a session with me (in fact, it is just the opposite as I am more likely to see the breasts of someone who would never show them on camera than someone who has and now has to deal with idiots expecting that).
