Miss Laila of Rapture in NY City, then independent used to piss in the toilet and then have me kneel down in front and She would push my head in the bowl with Her foot and flush. It was a surprise at first but then whenever She told me to crawl into the bathroom, I knew it was a possibility. She thought it was hilarious and so did I. She would hold my head down with Her foot until the toilet filled up again. I never resisted or protested. It was fun for both of us.
