From the point of view of the gov expert, sex for pay and sex by force are both sexual exploitation and she has no need to distinguish between them . . . WOW! Thanks for this update. I followed this closely for a while and had completely forgotten about the case. They keep trotting out that trafficking and child exploitation thing because that's the only thing that gets the public attention/sympathy. They don't care if it's true or not. Sounds like they drew a decent judge that is making them play by the rules. It's my hope that they will be cleared. Backpage benefited legitimate Dommes, and providers. Backpage ads also made it easier for L.E. to locate the exploded.
