I was never a fan of OF which had policy and technology issues, but occasionally had to use it because of lack of alternatives.

Unfortunately C4s change in policy is IMHO a much bigger issue, and I noticed studios, some of which I liked, withdrawing because of these changes in policy.

The intrusion of the payment systems had a very negative impact on content through the years. Unfortunately there is a sustained assault on our privacy from the financial system.

Banks generate a SAR when we spend over $10,000 and some of them are getting obnoxious for considerably smaller amounts. I had to close HSBC which was getting too nosy. Credit cards try to dictate what we can and cannot buy. Cryptos which can provide privacy are knee caped.

There is an ongoing fight between the desire for privacy and the state desire to control. So far this is a fight we are losing. The changing attitudes towards privacy often sacrificed for the sake of convenience do not give reasons for optimism for the future.
