That does sound hot!
An interesting variation I would love is that, instead of the mistress covering the hose with her hand, there would be a flap which is connected directly to the button. The flap only opens for a few seconds, on pressing the button, which shocks the slave as well.
After forcing the sub to wear that, the mistress goes minding her own business, ignoring the slave, only coming to slap or kick him if he disturbs her too much from his screams.
Alternatively she can then go around and whip/kick/torture him in other ways she desire, pretending that the gadget doesn't even exist.
