The interface could use some work but you can find BDSM-exclusive people on it. Click on the box that says, "enter city or postcode." A menu will pop up where you can deselect escort, fbsm, and online providers, and the remaining list will be BDSM exclusively.

I'm really impressed with the inclusivity of tryst. There are a lot more Black, non-binary, and other people historically underrepresented on the big advertising platforms.
