This is what I understand as well, which would make the act of seeing have to occur from private property (church land is privately owned) and thus not viewable by the public since it could not be seem from the street. If you have to act like a peeping tom to see something, it is not a public act even if you can see it from outside the building.

Yea... I didn't understand why she linked the article since it contained their legal names and the story itself may be enough to get the gofundme taken down as a TOC violation.
