I get the point on platform vs the individuals content. But I do think the platform influences/impacts content. As example, I tried to use the word “ballbusting†in an IM on OF and the platform would not allow me to send until I removed the word. Twitter, C4S, etc all have their own rules. For whatever the reason, I’ve found the BDSM content on OF not particularly compelling could be driven by the platform, could be driven by the individuals I’ve followed or some combination. I have enjoyed some of the more vanilla content I’ve found there and I do think the personal interactions work well.
