Not a chance. And if you post the same thing over and over you'll just be known as another spammer or maybe someone who has a commercial interest in increasing activity over here. It's not laziness, it's complacency.

Only if MaxFisch completely shut down would people look for another place to go, and there's no guarantee that it would be here. Don't get me wrong - this isn't a bad forum, but the value of a forum is in its activity, not its inactivity. There isn't really all that much real activity going on over at MaxFisch now, it's just that there's more noise.

You'd never get all the active users there to come here. But if half of them came over (optimistic, I think) you'd have a forum like Max Fisch with half the activity.



Nobody said you have to check both.



So just ignore it, don't inflate it. Let's face it - there are a lot of controversial topics discussed on these forums, and that doesn't even include politics (which I think has no place on a BDSM forum other than how it effects BDSM activities). There will always be differences of opinion and there will always be hotheads. But that means that there are real people participating, and sometimes they'll contribute something useful.

In order to be a good forum user, you need to learn how to be your own garbage filter, because likes and dislikes aren't universal, they're personal.
