I didn't pick up on his foot fetish until Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The scene where Margo Robbie has her bare feet propped up on a theater seat blew me away. I thought, "There is no way that is an accident." It was more than just flashing pretty feet. It was pure femdom. It was called to my attention later that he is known for this. As Brad Pitt put it at an award show, "Tarantino has separated more women from their shoes than the TSA."

More than that, there is usually a beautiful kiss ass woman in his films. In Planet Terror, Rose McGown plays a women who lost one of her legs, from the knee down. A friend fits her with a prosthetic that is an automatic rifle. Some of the scenes, of her taking out zombies, are so cool. It screams of female beauty and power. Of course, there is Kill Bill with Uma Thurman. Death Proof cast Zoe Bell, a real life stunt woman, playing herself in a leading role. There heroines of the movie were beautiful stunt women.

Maybe this is common knowledge to everyone else. But, I just noticed his admiration for strong beautiful females. Has anyone else admired this?

I never really thought about it, but yes you are definitely right. Makes me think now about the dialogue in Pulp Fiction where they talk about giving a foot massage!

Oh yeah. As a bi switch, I picked up on the sexy powerful chicks right away. Did you catch Dusk till Dawn? Salma Hayek's scene is HOT. She takes over the room with nothing more than her sexiness. Then she doms Tarantino, who is doing a cameo.

Pulp Fiction is a movie that I'm due to watch again. There are a few movies that merit a revisiting every few years. Next time around, I will watch for that scene.

As much as I live his films, this is one that I haven't seen. I did go out and watch the dance scene on youtube. Wow is all I have to say.

Thanks for posting. It was interesting to hear someone else point out how indiscriminate Tarantino is about feet. The size and shape don't matter. He does seem to like dirty feet. But, aside from, no preference. One thing that was missed in the video was Pulp Fiction's the gimp. But, great share. Thanks.

I saw it again a few weeks ago. A great movie with many quotable parts. One I liked was about the difference between being a character and having a character. Not much kink, mostly of the man gay variety.

Returning to the title of this thread Kill Bill, both of them, are some of my favorite movies. You have a choice among characters to like.
