One more would be an extended period restrained in a serious cage. No cheap wire dog kennels but a real powder coats steel cage that locks. Something just barely the height length and width of an adult male on hands and knees. Perhaps with collar, wrists and ankle cuffs secured to cage in such a way to further restrict movement and impose some stress.
