After an intense corporal session ends I often have a sensation of things being recreated anew. I think you might be experiencing something similar.

Nothing like getting slapped in the face and thrown around a little to take my mind off of business, work, finances and all that real world stuff.
I feel more relaxed already just thing about my next multi day session in May
We got it figured out!

For me CP/Impact play is more interactive. I am present and fully engaged
In terms of stress relief I find heavy isolation bondage is the answer. Hooded,gagged,immobilized and left to float,......worries and stress seem to fall away
