I am a little surprised that nobody mentioned Extreme Restraints https://www.extremerestraints.com. They have a lot and the quality varies but you can find something of interest in most categories. Even plain old Amazon has things I would not have expected to find there.

I have had a good friend for the last couple of years. I know her well; I've been to her house for dinner; she and her husband and some other people and I all play Dungeons and Dragons together... :P The stuff she makes is some of the best quality toys I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of stuff over the years.) I just ordered a set of floggers and a dragon tail. My girlfriend has a dragontail that she was given years ago that is showing it's use. This is the first site that she has seen one that is identical to what she has been calling a "Quirt." Your friend's site has some sharp looking toys.
