Crime spike.... is it safe to session in Atlanta?

The last thing I'd want is for someone to bust into the house/dungeon I'm sessioning at and immediately upon opening the front door, they see the dungeon room.

Seeing a crime wave in Atlanta at the moment. Exercise caution.

Have you ever been to Atlanta or are you just fear mongering?

I sessioned at Atlanta Dungeon last month during a trip to Atlanta. I stayed in Buckhead for 3 days. I never felt unsafe, especially when I was in the dungeon.

P.S. It was an excellent session.

Multiple times. The crime spike in Buckhead has made national televised cable news. I absolutely trust journalists who have no agenda to lie or deceive. So with that in mind, it does seem unsafe.

One of my nephews lives in Atlanta. He feels perfectly safe there and so do I when visiting. I've seen reports about Buckhead too. There is just no way to discuss it here without it becoming political. The admin has asked for there to be no political discussion on this forum. We need to respect that.

I always thought crime was a non-partisan thing. I honestly don't think this site generates enough participation to even need sub-divided forums. I mean, let's be honest... we've seen maybe 3 reviews in the past month. With the politics forum just closing abruptly, no one even posts there. No one uses the health forum.

This site could have one single General category and it would be just fine.

Participation in female domination and many other activities has been down over the last year because of covid. Even Yelp reviews of restaurants sharply declined. Things are slowly starting to bounce back.

I feel perfectly safe in Buckhead & especially at Atlanta Dungeon or any of the private dungeons owned by Dommes all around the city.

In any city, it is incredibly rare for someone to do forcible entry into a locked building where people are at (rather than when no one is around) so I have zero concern about someone breaking into a dungeon while I am in session unless it is roleplay that I am specifically paying for.

Did you write a review of Atlantic Dungeon? It is on my short list, specifically, I'd like to session with Mistress Ayn.

To put it simply... Do it! Do it, Do it, Do it!!!! Especially if you are bringing your girlfriend because I have heard amazing things about how She is with couples.

Over the years I've sessioned with at least 10 Dommes who are, or were, associated with AD (both in Atlanta and other parts of the country when those Dommes were touring). I have never had a bad session with any of them and I have written at least one review of each one (although, I think my reviews of Ayn only consists of our first session in a Washington DC hotel & the "triple threat" experience... which probably wouldn't be relevant).

Mistress Ayn is my favorite of all of the AD Dommes and I can't recommend Her highly enough. But, having said that, Mistress UV and Goddess Samantha are also amazing in session. Simone Kross, who visits often, is a legend and King Lexa, also a regular visitor, is on her way to becoming one.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen anyone else who is on the current roster at AD but it is not a house where you show up and have to go with whoever is there. Instead it is a shared space that is where you play after arranging a session with the Domme you wish to see. So, if you want to see Mistress Ayn, you get Mistress Ayn... Simple as that.

Didn't Simone Kross retire years ago?

She may have and then come back. For now, she is only available when she is touring (which is usually Atlanta & North Carolina).

I sessioned with Mistress Ayn at AD recently and agree she is special. I also sessioned with Mistress UV when she traveled to my city a couple of years ago. She's every bit Mistress Ayn's equal.

Agreed... Which one is better for any individual sub really is the subtleties of attraction & style but its like choosing between a prime filet & world-class sushi. They are both incredible but very different at the same time.
