I am so sorry this is going on. Real estate is booming in Eastern Tennessee and other rural areas. If something comes on the market that is priced right, it sells the same day. They are predicting it in South Florida and other areas too. So many people are fleeing New York and New Jersey. My heart goes out the people who own real estate there. It is a crazy, tragic time.
