Hello and welcome to the forum!

As for posting pix or gifs to posts here, you have to first host it somewhere. Either your website or something like Imgur/Redgifs. Copy the link where it is being hosted. Then in the toolbar, click on the photo tab (fourth to the left) and paste it into the feild. I suggest hitting "preview reply" to see what it looks like before hitting submit.
