CBT/BB/NT - Avoiding marks

Hi Doms and subs, setting up my next session and need some tips/advice from you. I have to avoid marks due to my personal life. What techniques/props should I ask my Dom to use for this? BTW, I can handle pain but not the marks.

Note: In my last session (different Dom) I specified no marks, but there were minor welts. Fortunately they healed in 2/3 days.

I am by no means an expert in avoiding marks but in my experience I’ve never had marks or bruising from a moderate amount of ball busting using a fist or a paddle. You can likely get away with kicking but i have had some cuts from the impact of the tip of a high heel shoe. I would say the pain is intense during the session but completely disappears within a couple of hours.

I would stay away from whips or canes to that area. Both of which have caused welts and bruises for me in the past. Id also be careful of clothespin or clamps

For NT i dont do as much. But pinching with fingers, clothespins, or clamps have never caused mark for me. But do cause pain (similar to chaffing after running a marathon) that lasts a couple of days

My experience is similar to Spark’s. I generally don’t get marks, though it has happened. Full on ball busting - kicking/kneeing can lead to bruising especially harder sessions. I also have gotten cuts from kicks. I also find “misses” happen and the inner thigh can bruise easily.

Squeezing, crushers, light busting probably less likely to mark. Fwiw, I’ve found even light busting with taps done over and over in the same spot can be excruciating so definitely ways to deliver lots of pain there without marks. Electrical is probably another good choice.

A lot can be done electricity! Pain can be thuddy, tingly, or sharp, and ranging from gentle to unbearable. I even used to make some of my own Folsom box attachments.
I just do not recommend using elec on the upper torso.

Ballbusting doesn't typically cause marks, especially if you keep it moderate. Maybe keep away from the implements.

Electricity is the gold standard for pain without marks.

Might sound counterintuitive but needles can actually be really good for this, leaving extremely tiny subtle marks that go away very quickly. Stick to thinner needles on the underside of the penis and the ballsack, avoid the head, and don't do dick needles if your balls are in a vice.

People are hugely variable in how prone to marks they are. If you suspect you bruise easily, it's a good idea to let the Mistress know.

Stick to needles. Ha. Isn't what everyone does with needles? Stick to them? :-)

I've experienced CBT in many different ways. One of the most painful is elasticator torture. It leaves no marks, just deep throbbing pain that intensifies as seconds and minutes drag by.

I am in a similar situation, actually have been for years.
Looking for "deep" ball torture without marks.

What I found out: The less impact sound it makes the better the ratio of pain to marks.
Riding crops are really bad, they provide a loud clack on impact, but there is no deep pain. My suggestion: Take a hand-towel, roll it up along thee long edge (so that is long) and make a knot on one end. Swinging this into the balls makes no noise, very little risk of marks, but can cause really bad pain.
But my ultimate preference is squeezing with the fingers (if the domina has short finger-nails).

Electricity! A TENS unit is for extended torture. A cattle prod or shock collar for punishment. Magic wands just tickle me, though.
