I have but its because of asked for it as part of a session. Its a fairly common request for me but Its normally not at the beginning i might do it with an hour left in a 3 hour session. Did this once, at the request of a submissive who was interested in exploring post-orgasm torture. I've experienced a variation of this in private play some years ago.
