Staying clean for Strapon play

If someone cleans themselves out properly approximately how long should they feel comfortable to receive Strapon training?

Thanks. I have an opportunity coming up and am a little concerned about getting the opportunity to clean just prior to the session.

It depends if you do a full bag enema or just use fleets/enema bulbs. The full bags enemas go deeper and will take at least an hour minimum to get everything out, the bulbs/fleets you just keep rinsing until you're clean then you're ready to go asap.

I don't claim expertise but this is a combination of my experience and having had these discussions with others in the past.

A thorough deep clean using enema bags and multiple rounds can actually last you for days but make sure you add some probiotics into your diet if you do this regularly.

How long a quick and light version lasts really depends upon what you have eaten and the last time you actually had a healthy bowel movement but will last a few hours in most cases.

What you really have to be aware of is to make sure to do one or the other because if you go deeper than just getting a clean bowl after expelling but not a thorough cleaning, you actually loosen up what is above that in your intestines and that ends up sliding down into where you have cleaned in a very short period of time.
