Foot Parties - Question

I've never gone because public play is not an interest. Reading about them does get my attention. Are private sessions available? What is it like? What is someone expected to pay? Is tipping involved? It would be appreciated to hear other's experiences with this.

The party I guest at has both open and private areas. Tipping is usually involved, as reflected in the price for private time. Parties are probably differ from each other. I've only guested at one. I'd be interesting in hearing the experiences from others too.
