Prodommes to munches?

I have never been to a munch, but would like to go. I want to get deeper into the scene than just sessioning. Would a sub ever take a prodomme to a munch? Seems like being accompanied by a dominant woman could help a shy sub break the ice. Have Y/you (subs or Dommes) attended one, accompanied or unaccompanied? Anyone been to a good one in the Atlanta area? What are the like? I guess they are highly variable and like so many other things, you get out what you put in. Please share your thoughts and experiences. Thanks!

Oddly enough I have never been to a munch either. I know a lot of the members of the Whimper group in Atlanta, so I would suggest that one. I've been invited to some of their play parties - which are quite lively I hear.

I think bringing a ProDomme to a munch could certainly make things easier - at least with this group. BDSM groups in general can be cliquish, so as you said, it depends on what you put into your exchanges. Most of their munches have a theme, so go prepared to discuss and engage.
