I got a scam email telling me that the author of the email embedded malware into a porn video I watched. As a result, s/he accessed my webcam, has a video of me watching the porn, has other stolen information, and will send the video to everyone I know unless I pay a ransom.
Good luck, I never had a webcam :-).
I Googled on the email. I found it listed on the Federal Trade Commission site and some other sites. Many people posted they simply did not respond and nothing ever happened to them.
The scammers harvested email addresses and passwords from old data breaches. They try to frighten people into paying knowing many people reuse passwords and many people watch porn ( "cut me, do I not bleed?").

The password manager in Firefox ( PC ) has a feature that will suggest strong, randomly generated passwords.
For some reason it would not on The Buzz. I got message instead saying it doesn't evaluate the site as secure.
Regardless, you can use this free web site to generate a strong random password. Make sure you have the option to include symbols checked off. It increases password strength dramatically.

Most modern web browsers store passwords and will let you see them. I highly recommend updating all of your passwords to be unique.
