This got me thinking about a couple of funny experiences from my early days.

I was a teenager in the mid 90’s, before the internet and before i had any idea what femdom or CBT was. All I knew was that every girl i met i wanted her to kick my balls. Honestly i thought i was the only one on the planet that felt that way. So i came up with a plan for my first solo cbt session. I tied a rope around my balls, and tied another end to the bed post, the goal for me was to lean back and stretch them out slowly. I was unbelievably nervous slipped off the back of the bed, rolled backwards pulled the rope fully taught and thought for sure i had castrated myself. Got more than i bargained for on that one but lived through it. Oh yeah almost forgot.... i had a picture of sharon stone and Jenny Mccarthy laid out on the bed. They were my fantasy dommes back then. Those were the good old days.

So I am sorry if I change the topic of this thread, but Spark's post reminds me of a question I always wanted to ask:
what kind of creative ways did people come up with for do it yourself BDSM activities? Sparks described a pretty elaborate DIY CBT approach. Any others like this?

I confess to having tried the "obvious" ones; self slapping, TENS self applied, various clips.

Not during a session but after. Early evening and after the session I head back to hotel. Beautiful evening and drove with windows down. Decide to stop for a couple of beers at on old Bennigans. First couple of sips and I think to myself. Who smells like piss?
It was yours truly. Goldens were not part of something I normally did and she did it at the beginning of the session. I forgot.
I threw $5 on the bar and bolted.

I used to own a boat (big mistake). Once on an early sunday fishing trip by myself i tied my balls to the boat and jumped in (also a mistake). Didnt really work. The water makes everything weightless. I am sure i could have figure it out some how if i put more effort into it. But once was enough to scratch that itch.
Best idea by far is taking 5lb aerobic weights. Standing on a chair holding them head high and dropping. One end of the rope tied to the weight the other to the balls. There is the 1-2 seconds of oh shit😅.

Ive done some self bondage with hand cuff keys in frozen ice. Got to be careful here and give yourself an out. Practice a lot before going all the way. make sure circulation is good. Making sure you have a glass of water near by in case something goes wrong and you are stuck there for a while.

I havent done any of the above things in a long time. My interest have shifted a little more to mental domination and I have been having a lot of fun with DIY chastity and ive figured out a great way to ruin my orgams.

Some risk here no doubt. If we had a trusted partner who could check on our safety after a certain time that would be ideal. But i dont and probably most of us dont.

Better yet just pay for a session. Its always better with a Domme😅.

JimInhales post reminded of one post-session experience of mine as well. I had done a 2 hour session with a Domme who loved Shibari (meaning, not just rope bondage to hold you in place but actually being artistic with the ties so that it was like making art).

Once we were finished, I put my shorts on then left the hotel room. On the way home, I decided I wanted something to eat so I went into an Arby's for some Chicken Tenders... not realizing how prominent the red diamond patterns on my legs were.
