How in Gods name does someone get to the point where they can take two fists or an entire arm? I have been into SOP for years but compared to some of these vids I am an amateur.

I am amazed at some of those vids. I wonder about the effects of taking a double fist or whole arm are in the short term and long term. Are they in adult diapers before their time??
