Ava Marks had the perfect dungeon but has retired...who in Philly now has the best playspace?

MVC also posted in the shout box on The Hang at maxfisch that "The rumors are true" that she will be re-opening the space in her own name as of Jan 1, 2020.

I can't speak for the space since I've only seen MVC when she was touring. But I can say without any hyperbole that MVC is sublime. If you're in Philly consider yourself blessed and go see her.

Mistress Renee has re-opened her old space in Center City. She is proud of its Hollywood Regency style. It's also very convenient to I-95.

I had one session with Mistress Renee years ago. It was fantastic. A few years later to my everlasting regret I had to cancel a second session I had scheduled with her. I need to figure out a way to get to Philadelphia to see her again.

I concur. Mistress Renee got into my head from the outset of our session and put me into such a state of subspace that everything seemed a blur for a few hours afterward.
