The Hang - Working At Normal Speed Again

Title says it all.

The domain name is still due to be paid up on, but normal speed has been restored to the site.

No One has fixed the Bugs eating the hang like cancer! I get signed out constantly, and can't post!

Maxfisch.com is most likely owned by a Swiss company we all know and hate. I'd bet my little black dress on it. I'd congratulate anyone else that buys it at the end of July.

That's good news. I created an account here too though, just in case. This place has exactly the same look and feel as The Hang, plus many of the same posters, so I decided to take the plunge.

Yup - back to abnormal, i.e. very slow.

While the likelihood of Max Fisch/Hang survival is very low, I would not want to see YOU lose Your little black dress. No, I take that back! YOU likely look fantastic with or without the little black dress. and it would be a monumental pleasure to be dominated by YOU without it.

Maybe the check bounced. Or the value of the bitcoin dropped too far.

Someone told me that GoDaddy gives people with expired domains a grace period.

At this point The Hang can go away any day or be restored any day.

I agree with you, we are better off here.

A better site technically, plus moderation. A lack of moderation was what led to The Hang's decline.

Not according to Godaddy whois. The maxfisch.com URL was NOT renewed. My understanding from all the posts about renewal with Godaddy, is they will leave the Website up for a week after it's not renewed.
