I am always looking for the Mistress who can provide the ultimate CBT experience. Over the years I've seen some wicked Dommes that specialize in ballbusting and CBT.

Empress Cruel from Germany was the absolute undisputed queen of CBT. Retired long ago but her videos are still available if you want to wince and imagine the pain of her subs. Ouch!

This is something that I always enjoyed and, was good at it for that reason...and, having the right toys. But, Lady J, in Boston, was legendary with her skill. She may still be practicing, but, I am not sure.

Ball busting is hard to film these days. Good for her. I miss it. ClubDom's older ballbusting clips are tremendous. But, the guys just aren't around to film it with any more...and, I want to make sure that they are with a lady who knows how to be as safe as possible. If anyone wants to shoot with us in Florida, let me know. I don't film myself any more but, but would love to play behind the scenes. What is it about ball busting that is such a fun rush? I wouldn't want to do it all of the time. My late husband and, I played with it once in a while...like a rich dessert. Nothing more fun once in a while.

Most people I know that specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy are shrinks.

LOL. When I went to from the computer world to the FemDom world, I met a friend for lunch. He had a book with him that had CBT, posted on the front of it. I said, "What is that?!!" He said, "Computer based training." and, looked at me like I was a little nuts. (No pun intended.)

I know some patients too. And tax lawyers (CBT Corporate Business Tax in NJ)

As long as we don't confuse it with CBD, we should be good

CBT can also stand for cognitive behavioral therapy. I've seen slaves behavior improved greatly from CBT!
