It does seem like a very efficent process, and as an introvert I can surely appreciate online processes here and there in lieu of phone calls. But, in this instance I agree it's too impersonal ( for me). I needed reassurance before that first ever session and hearing Mistress Ayn's voice helped calm my nerves which were trying to talk me out of going.

I also just find in regard to this particular process, I do like the interaction. But, to each their own.
