In a ft session that is intended to be mean or degrading, is it common or not to hold a guy's nose in some way? That is, as a way of persuading him to open his mouth? Also, is it common or uncommon to use a cloth as a hood or covering? In such sessions, is it common or uncommon for the guy to be restrained? If he is restrained and on his back, it seems he might have trouble vomiting straight up!
