I am amazed at some of those vids. I wonder about the effects of taking a double fist or whole arm are in the short term and long term. Are they in adult diapers before their time?? I imagine they don’t start with such large penetration but rather work up to it with ongoing and/or long term training. I also wonder if their unique internal structure is different then most people so that they are able to take this.

Personally I can take a decent size strapon but have never been able to take a fist even though many , including smaller Dommes, have tried. One experienced Mistress told me , after working at it and not being able to get her whole fist in , that my anatomy just makes it impossible and I believe she is right.
