I believe at the end the highest you could give a non-escort service Domme was 7. 8=went the extra mile, which I think is a "job". Point of clarification... They would allow an "8" rating without jobs (I believe minimum rating was tied to checkboxes you selected as part of review process as well as statements you made in the review). Verbiage associated with guidance is probably what you are thinking of, but I never had an "8" review rejected whereas I did get "9" or "10" reviews with same wording rejected (rejection meant the ability to go in, edit/adjust, and resubmit for approval without having to restart from scratch).
