It is lousy that they refunded the fans instead of sending her a check. But, I think she is wrong that they "despise" escorts. They do not want to get into trouble for promotion of illegal services. Websites that offer reviews and, contact information of escorts have gotten into serious trouble over this. Frankly, I think full service escorting should be legal. But, it is not. If the feds got involved, the lady in question would likely not be in any trouble. The owners of the web site would be on the hook for the very serious charge of promotion.
