You might be right -- it's definitely possible.
But if I look at it from the producers' POV, I don't see the argument for making VR clips. It's harder and the market of people who want to buy the clips is a lot smaller.
But the Oculus Go, which is the headset I just bought, was a big seller at Amazon on Black Friday. It's cheap enough for people to take a chance.
