The first instructions i received were that i was to be in virtual chastity for the entire time but to edge myself to Mistress Ayn's videos at https://aynrules.com for 10 minutes each day.  As part of previous instructions, i know that i am allowed to pause if i get too close to the edge (thus insuring that i actually torture myself by taking it as far as i can without failing) and that i will have to consume any leakage. i will also have to treat my unlocked chastity as if i had a device on whenever i am not specifically fulfilling Her edging orders.
