If I were to answer the question, "What do you want in a domme?" the answer would be brains and empathy above all else.

I think you want someone you can trust and like. Playing with someone less than 25 is a bridge too far for me.

I believe the age of a Mistress has very little to do with trust.
I'd much rather trust a 24 y.o. who's been mentored properly by a reputable Domme. Especially if she's been doing sessions since she was 21. Far more than a 38 y.o. who has great internet presence but no training or experience.
