After being vegan for most of my life, I started eating fish and, did the pescatarian route. There is a great health retreat in Costa Rica that specializes in "Primal Keto." They do farm raised chicken, eggs, seafood but, no dairy or, red meat. (I skipped chicken and, eggs.) Their fat comes from coconut milk, avocado, nuts, ect. (I visit them about 3 times a year. Amazing place.) I couldn't keep up with the keto diet eventually, simply because eating fish started to bother me. But, the primal keto diet, was the best I've felt in my adult life.

So, the man passed out 20 minutes into a 5 hour session? Oh no! Poor guy...but, I have to wonder what he was thinking. Fasting, cold medicine and, wine...it is a recipe for a nap.
