Dubai and Abu Dhabi are quite profitable but try to get a lease or utilities as a single female. Also it is boring if you like to do things outside of clubbing and shopping.
Also 89% of the population are expats BTW. Emmeratis are paid dividens from the country's natural resources and don't really have to work. That's right, good place to work at but not so good to live in! What you said about HK makes me think that I will do the same "research" 2 or 3 years from now. Maybe we could see some trends!
