Anyway, here is what I have been considering for a while now, but haven't really had the time nor opportunity to get concrete about:

New Kink Friendly Playspace / Housing?

Soooo, I posted something similar in the past on Fetlife but nothing came of it.

I have been renting a large apartment uptown in Manhattan, it is a three bedroom, that has been laying in limbo for the past three years.

It is currently a completely vanilla space, that I have considered turning into kink friendly housing / possible private play space.
Which means I need subs / slaves / possible future roomies and / or partners in crime, interested to get involved.

I will be looking for roomies or renters.
Rooms can be converted into kink friendly housing / play spaces, camrooms etc.

I am currently looking for anybody interested, who might want to get involved:

- subs
- personal slaves
- subs especially with handyman and or carpentry skills, basic even, right now I just need to fix some stuff, as I said, the place has been in limbo for three years now
- I am looking for drivers / chauffeurs - ALWAYS
-potential private lenders / investors, who want to get involved and help make this
possible,
-Potential future kink friendly roomies.

Everybody please understand, this is a residential building in Manhattan, not a commercial place, which I am looking to completely transform possibly.
