In a related area, this reminds me that I love it if a Mistress does not shave her underarms, or has stubble on her legs. More primal.

And, I was once ordered by a Mistress who I knew well to shave her pubic hair in session. It was one of our last sessions together. She retired about a year later.

When I was settled into that seeing a pro Domme was going to be my sexuality for a time, I waxed chest, back and pubes. She appreciated it. It also made some devices either more comfortable or more effetive.

This where I am. My wife likes it shaven. Me domme likes it shaven. I shave.

I have chastised many-a-sub for having hair practically anywhere other than their heads (and face).

I'm conditioned to believe shaving you're pubs for pubic play is more hygienic. I certainly would not want to be the sub on My bench if I found a strand of their hair on My play toys...

Personally, I like shaved or at least buzzed down very, very short -- male, female, or in-between. I find lots of public hair messy, distracting, it gets in the way, and this is a turn off.

Professionally, I don't have any requirements. I really can't. It's not my place to tell a client how to groom themselves. That said, I do tell them that certain things don't work very well if you don't hack it down a bit.

Some subs know I like it well groomed and will do so because they know it is my preference. I enjoy that.
