The places I think this would be possible are those where there may be dommes available for set hours on a schedule. So like the Gstes in SF or PB in NYC. Possibly the Fortress in NYC, but they seem to be less on-hand from my experience, but it is very easy to work with them and you may be able to craft a multi domme session around that theme.

My advice would be to session at one place first, then request it in a next session. Obviously I think you'd have to pay more and could be subject to availability. I think the Fortress is a good option as you can have one focused on you and two or so drinking water and using you as needed.
