All you gotta do is give the boot to your little angel, and then it's easier to pretend you don't understand what is fair.
The bad news is, I think there's a lot of boots out there.
The good news is, in terms of fair play, it sounds like your little guys are still hanging in there.
We all have a "devil", or "shadow" self in Jungian psychology.
Another similar allegory is the light wolf and the dark wolf.
"Inside each of us are two wolves.
One is "evil" and one is "good".
Which wolf wins?
The one you feed."
