When I get the itch I am ready to play that day or 1 or 2 days later. Maybe a week but then the feeling goes away. Very hard for me to plan two weeks or month out. However that is doable if I played with the lady before.
I think this is typical of fetishists rather than lifestylers. Those of us who are lifestyle tend to have a more constant kinky hum. Fetishists are more the "can I come in 2 hours?" types.
