Sorry, I am not a Domme.
But this winter I had a long session (over a week) where at one time I was tied up by the wrists and she and her friend kicked and punched my balls. My legs weren't forced into a spread position, rather they used a cattle prod to enforce my posture.

After lots of kicks by both women, when she released my wrists she was beaming and said "that felt so good!" While this wasn't the main theme of the session, of course we repeated.

I would offer two thoughts:

1) Based on my experience, a lot of Dommes seem to truly enjoy ballbusting
