Post orgasm torture is a good one to mention. I ALWAYS ask if someone has done it before and what their experience was. The mentality pre and post orgasm is completely different. In my admittedly limited experience it was incorporated into extended sessions. Basically somewhere around the midway point I was pushed to orgasm while securely restrained.
