Thanks for starting a great thread.
Not that I have crazy BDSM fantasies these days, but think I'm more like you in this example than your client. I'm more prone to thinking about how the fantasy won't work than being revved about how it could. For example, there are a couple of UK mistresses who do something called The Kidnap Klub, which is abduction role play with a kind of espionage twist. They seem great, the concept seems very cool, but when I think it through, I worry I couldn't stay in the headspace for all the time required.
That's probably the remaining fantasy -- to do a scene like that or some kind of extended prison-themed scene. Maybe not OWK-levels of severity but something where I'd have to accept the length and settle into an extended submissive headspace. Your last paragraph is one of my longtime fantasies as well. Something like a Warsaw prison scenario although with perhaps less of an institution/prison (orange jumpsuits, metal cuffs, regular type jail cells) atmosphere and more of a dominatrix run BDSM facility type vibe. I still haven't given up on the idea completely as there are Dommes that offer extended (12-24 hour or even multi day) captivity type sessions with a degree of CNC but with agreed limits and specified areas of play Maybe someday circumstances will allow the opportunity.....It's very hard in the modern world to disappear off grid for an extended period time.

Yes it’s still hot when I fantasise about being forced but I know from experience it’s not something that’s going to turn me on or turn me off or excite me in anyway.

I kind of wonder if it is even healthy to stay in that headspace for multiple days. Not playing a lot over a long weekend thing, but in that intense mental zone constantly.
These days I am super aware of the amygdala hijack that happens during play. One needs a build up and a cool down/aftercare so the body understands there is no longer a threat. Being on alert for 24, 36, 48 hours can lead to serious psychological damage.
PTSD, not as sexy as one might think.

Certainly a valid point.....and one I hadn't considered. Thank You for raising it. My thoughts have always been more about physical issues like hydration, hygiene, nutrition, insuring adequate circulation, maintaining safe airway/ breathing etc. etc.
Do you think knowing there was a definite end point and approximately how far off it was might help avoid that kind of effect? Would you always be in that intense mental zone even if there were "Semi" breaks (left in relatively light and comfortable bondage or locked in a cage that allowed you to stretch out)?
