I don’t have any experience in long term chastity. However the domme I’m seeing is ordering me to put the cage on 5-10 days in advance of the session. To be honest it makes me super horny and submissive. But I don’t really consider it a gift to my mistress and I don’t think she does either. It is however a great build up prior to the session.
