I can't begin to guess who that specifically is because I don't know the SF scene. BUT, as Furfan stated, Miss Grey absolutely loves electro play, has top notch equipment and knows exactly how to use it so it wouldn't surprise me if it was her. Also, unlike a lot of Dommes today, she doesn't expect you to tribute just to contact her or ask questions (I do believe she does nightflirt calls for extended conversations).
