There is creme with 0.75% Capsaicin.
Amazon had a jar of 1% Capsaicin much more for less.
Washing the creme off with water more than doubles the effect.

Serious question which should probably be a separate thread. How do you let a Domme know you want a surprise like this without asking which seems like topping from the bottom and ruins the surprise which is a big part of the allure for me?
