I can totally relate. After a session with MVC, I am completely exhausted, but in the most blissed out way imaginable. The exhaustion fades after a good sleep, but the blissed out feeling lasts for a couple of days. I think the positive mental and emotional effects of a session last a good deal longer than that, perhaps two or three months, after which I need to see her, achieve catharsis, and recharge my bliss batteries again.
